-HOW I SELL YOUR HOUSE-

 

1. I help you prepare your house for viewing by a prospective buyer.

2. I put all of the strategies in my proven market plan to work for you.

3. I assist in any and all contract negotiations.

4. I carefully review every clause in your purchase agreement.

5. I open escrow with a reliable escrow officer and make sure your title report is ordered.

6. I coordinate all necessary inspections.

7. I make sure all inspection reports are submitted to escrow in a timely manner.

8. I coordinate the appraisal.

9. I maintain close contact with the escrow officer to make sure all documents are compiled.

10. I follow-up with the buyer's agent and/or lender to make certain all loan documents are being drawn expeditiously.

11. I accompany you to the document signing at the escrow company.

12. I follow-up if there are any funding delays by the buyer's lender.

13. I make sure all deposits are available to the escrow company.

14. I follow-up with the escrow officer to make sure all documents are recorded.

15. I coordinate the transfer of keys to the new owner.
